UNSW Wests COVID-19 Safety Plan PDF

The managements of all pools require us to have produced a Covid-19 Safety Plan and to have communicated its contents to all club members, including players, coaches, managers and supporters. This document explains the actions which we will all be required to take so that we comply with that Plan. It will be available on the club’s website and it will be emailed to all registered members.

Attendance Form - PLEASE READ

All players are required to check in on a google form to keep attendance at each training session and game. The details collected will be filed by the club’s administration.

This form is required and is very important in keeping our club members safe. If someone doesn’t have a phone - please ask a teammateor talk to your coach/manager and they can help log your attendance.

Spectators at games?

As per WPNSW August COVID update - If you are a parent or guardian consider if you need to be on pool deck or in the stands. Don’t expose yourself or others to extra risks.

As a whole It is up to what the venue will allow many parents who want to come are welcome to come as long as they observe the social distancing rules. Please keep in mind that the pools' administrations may have attendance number limits which might lead to spectators being turned away.

In short, we welcome everybody, but we cannot be responsible for the pool's attendance limits to comply with Covid social distancing requirements.
